This is a great tool to keep around when fueling up! SIMPLE TO USE!!! INSTRUCTIONS: STEP 1 - Fill with water up to the marked line on the bottle. STEP 2 - Fill with gas up to the bottle neck. STEP 3 - Put cap on and shake vigorously. STEP 4 - Stand bottle up vertical and let stand for 10 minutes. STEP 5 - Locate the gas/water separation line and read scale for percentage of alcohol. Common Symptoms of excess alcohol in gas: -Water contamination / phase separation. -Vapor lock, stalling, hesitation, and hard starting. -Corrosion / rusting of fuel system components. -Clogging / plugging of fuel filters, fuel injectors, and carburetor damage.
