Up for Sale B-737 Cockpit-Interior-Liner\Trim\Plastic …..unfortunately the Aircraft-demolition people very often do not have the interest of the “Sim-builders” among us at heart….they are after-all “demolition-men” and not really “salvagers”…..they’re working under time-constraints and will not give themselves the time to “to properly remove items”…..often items are just simply “ripped-out” screws-in-all….many of the pieces of Trim that I will put up for auction will have small-,or large cracks, corners missing, slightly warped or bend…..it is the nature of things—I just cannot exactly describe each and every nook and cranny,it is afterall “for parts or not working” and it will very much depend on your skill with epoxy-glues and Bondo to get the pieces back to “life”…always please be guided by the photo’s supplied….that having been said…… : two pieces of lower Left- and Right-hand window-TRIM...the piece on the left side is in very good condition - the piece on the right needs repair....there is a crack in the upper right corner- with TLC can be very well repaired - and there is a HOLE -where this piece has been ripped from the wall without having removed a screw...also will need fill-in work...please be guided by photo's supplied,what you see is what you get..Thank you for looking ! PayPal is a great way of paying and getting paid for auctions, however there are certain regions in the world that are NOT fully supported by Paypal. PayPal claims to be working on expanding the network, however as it stands now, a PayPal-member in the Eastern Caribbean,-including my Island Sint Maarten- can only MAKE payments\Send money but NOT receive payments. Therefore, instead of Selling on my own E-Bay account-(but not being able to receive payments on my PayPal-account),I have opted to sell via the E-Bay account of my father whom lives in Belgium and has a Verified PayPal-account. Volvo S90, V90 and V90 Cross Country on the way
Thu, 28 Aug 2014The Volvo V70 (pictured) will become the new Volvo V90 All the talk for Volvo lately has been the new 2015 Volvo XC90, an impressive offering that really does look like it will take the fight in the ‘Premium’ SUV market to the Germans (and even to Land Rover). But the new XC90 is just the start of Volvo’s new model line-up, and the next couple of years will see more new models arriving with Volvo’s new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) and the new range of 4-cylinder, 2.0 litre engines. What we now also know, thanks to Volvo’s Dennis Nobelius, is that the replacements for the S80, V70 and XC70 won’t use the current nomenclature but will be given new names to better reflect their upmarket aspirations (and their place in Volvo’s new line-up).
The Jaguar F-Type's a closet Star Wars geek
Wed, 24 Jul 2013Our friends over at Jalopnik are currently at Jaguar F-Type media event over in Seattle, where they had a chance to catch up with its design Wayne Burgess (check out our full interview with him here), who revealed some interesting sources of inspiration for some of its detailing. The first is a real easter egg - a detail that once you've discovered it you can't help but see - the front lamp cans are based on Star Wars' TIE Fighter. What has been seen can not be unseen.
Hyundai ix35 – UK details
Mon, 07 Sep 2009The Hyundai ix35 will launch at the Frankfurt Motor Show But now we have more Euro details from Hyundai on the ix35 which will officially launch at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week. The new ix35 is longer and wider than the outgoing Tucson but is actually 20mm lower, although headroom is unaffected. As we already know, the ix35 is a pretty close call for the ix-onic concept we saw at Geneva, and features Hyundai’s new hexagonal grill.
