Police launch summer World Cup drink-drive crackdown

As the weather improves it might seem tempting to spend some time in the beer garden, but police have warned that you will get caught if you get behind the wheel while over the limit. The Association of Chief Police Officers is launching a month-long drink and drug enforcement campaign, which will see an increase in roadside tests across England and Wales. Single-seat Colibri electric vehicle set for 2015 launch

If the 2014 Geneva Motor Show heralded the dawn of a new age of small cars, then the tiny Innovative Mobility Automobile (IMA) Colibri is well placed to take advantage of this new era. The Colibri – which means hummingbird – is a small, single-seat, three-door electric vehicle that’s set to go on sale later this year. Prices for the entry-level Colibri are set to fall well below €10,000 (£8,340) plus battery rental charges, meaning it could go head-to-head with the likes of the new Citroen C1, Peugeot 108 and Toyota Aygo.

Audi RS7 Sportback refreshed with 190 mph top speed

Audi has fitted the RS7 Sportback with a series of mild styling changes only 18 months after its reveal at the 2013 Detroit auto show. Among the subtle visual modifications brought to the plush performance liftback is a lightly reworked front end. It features a restyled single-frame grille set within a slightly more structured bumper, bringing its appearance in line with less-powerful versions of the A7 Sportback revealed last week.
