“Selling as used but might be a new old stock item. Still has tag on it, but there are a couple areas where there is a "POSSIBILITY" that wear can be seen. I just don't know, this "wear" might just be a normal part of the manufacturing. I don't see any dust/ worn off rubber in between the ridges on the inside of the belt.”

Keyless ignition trends toward standardization

A federal plan to require automakers to standardize keyless ignition systems in the wake of Toyota's unintended acceleration problems is likely to mirror industry guidelines issued in January, an automaker group said. Large automakers except Toyota said they already comply with the guidelines crafted by SAE International or plan to do so. These "recommended practices'' seek to counter the variation, driver confusion and safety problems that have ensued since automakers started installing push-button ignition in luxury models.

The Cajun is a go. Porsche will continue to pepper the SUV market with a new entry below the successful Cayenne, and the Cajun is expected to launch in North America in 2013. Porsche's supervisory board instructed the company to develop plans for production in a meeting on Monday.
