Rolls Royce Wraith: First tease photo of Ghost Coupe

The first tease photo of the Rolls Royce Wraith – a coupe version of the Ghost – has been revealed ahead of a Geneva Motor Show debut. It’s only been a few days since Rolls Royce told us that the Ghost Coupe will be the Rolls Royce Wraith, and we were expecting a few teaser photos surface in the next couple of months as the Wraith gets close to a reveal at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. But it looks like we might have to hunker down for an endless series of teases for the Wraith between now and March as the first teaser photo for the Wraith – a shadowy view of it in profile – has already been released.

Charles Morgan to build rival cars

Sacked Morgan boss Charles Morgan is to set up new sports car company that he says will rival the 104-year-old British car manufacturer that bears his family name and recently dismissed him. In a report in the Telegraph, Charles is quoted as saying his new company will “build on the innovation and heritage of my grandfather”. Corvette Central: Revamped C7, radical mid-engined C8 in GM's plans

General Motors is mulling a radical re-engineering for the Chevrolet Corvette, centered on a more fuel-efficient, mid-engined V6 powertrain, a lightweight alloy body and a more compact footprint. The idea is to re-energize GM's ambition for the Corvette, with fundamental changes that will make it into a contemporary global supercar. The changes are penciled into GM's product plan for the next major model change, the C8, with an on-sale date around 2016.
