Four Bosch Fuel Injectors 0280150036 D-jetronic for Vintage Volvo and Mercedes plus new upper and lower seals

These injectors were rebuilt and flow tested back in 2000. I bought new upper and lower injector seals from IPD for them and they are included in this auction. I never installed them in my 1971 Volvo 1800E and now the car has been sold. I believe that these injectors are also used on early 1970s Mercedes as long as the car has Bosch D-Jetronic fuel injection. PLEASE CHECK TO BE SURE BEFORE BIDDING.

The injectors have been stored in my garage for 13 years. I have not tested them so they are sold "AS IS" and NO RESERVE and NO RETURNS. Please bid accordingly.

USPS Flat-rate domestic shipping. International sales will include a handling cost of $8.95. Thanks for looking.

VW Pickup concept (2008): first official photos

Wed, 24 Sep 2008

By Chris Chilton First Official Pictures 24 September 2008 18:00 He’s designed Alfa Romeos, Audis and even a Lamborghini but now Walter de'Silva has gone all humanitarian and designed a pick-up.  VW’s first small flatbed since the Mk1 Golf-based Caddy will take on trucks like the Toyota Hilux and Mitusbishi L200 when it goes on sale late in 2009. It is, but not for long. This thinly veiled concept, called simply Pickup Concept, has been designed as a search and rescue vehicle for coastguards but essentially this is what badge-conscious UK builders will be driving in 2009. The new Volkswagen corporate face with its monobrow top grille and wide mouth is likely to be carried over mostly unchanged to the cars that will roll off the South African production line, as will the surprisingly stylish interior which features hooded instruments and Audi TT-style air vents. Mechanical details are sketchy but Volkswagen claims that engines will be common-rail diesels which rules out the old-tech 2.5 five pot that powers many of VW’s current commercials.

Jaguar C-X75 concept (2010) diesel electric supercar

Fri, 01 Oct 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 01 October 2010 12:00 Jaguar delivered one of the surprises of the 2010 Paris motor show with the new C-X75 supercar concept car. The C-X75 is designed to showcase Jag’s new design direction now that the modern Ian Callum-led look has been rolled out across the Jag XF, XJ and XK sports cars. But the new Jaguar C-X75 (‘C’ for concept, ‘X’ for experimental, ’75’ to mark the brand’s 75th anniversary) is also a technological statement. Jag has spotted the kudos granted to Porsche for stealing the Geneva 2010 show with the 918 Spyder – and realises that its graceful, paceful cars require a green balance.

The Peugeot Exalt Concept (pictured) arrives ahead of Beijing Peugeot were busy teasing the arrival of a new sports saloon concept for the 2014 Beijing Motor Show back in January, said to evoke the styling and materials of the impressive Peugeot Onyx Concept. Now, a couple of weeks ahead of the Beijing Show, we get the first photo of that concept – the Peugeot Exalt Concept – which seems to have been sent out a few days earlier than Peugeot intended in an overnight press release dated 10th April. Oh, well.
