This is a 5ft extension for the Bosch LSU4.9 sensors, such as 17025. This sensor is used in MANY aftermarket wideband sensor/controllers. This is perfect if you need a little extra length in case your sensor is far away from the firewall access hole. This is a common issue with the BMW applications since they use a split exhaust manifold that merges just before the catalytic converter, which puts the sensor a long way from the ECU and firewall access.
This is also perfect, maybe even a longer length, for a dyno facility. 5ft length with Raychem DR-25 3/8 wire loom, as pictured. We can accommodate any length you desire, just check with us on lead-time and pricing. Usually custom lengths can still be done in 1 business day. Raychem DR-25, if you aren't familiar, is a heat-shrink tube shrunk around the wires. It is fuel and oil resistant. It is positioned toward the high end of wire loom products due to it's great mechanical, heat and oil resistant properties. And Lamborghini are wasting no time whetting appetites for the Gallardo, with a new website launched to tease its replacement, complete with a ‘start’ button to hear the new V10 roar and instructions to “Listen to your instinct – Discover the roar of the new creature from Lamborghini”. That replacement is probably going to be called the Lamborghini Cabrera, which we’ve been expecting to debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
