SHIPPINGWhilst we take the utmost pride in packing all our Internet and Mail orders, sometimes accidents, delays or errors do occur. Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by VPW Australia to be authorised to receive the products. VPW Australia and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. (Normally 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday) In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery; our carrier/s will leave a card. You will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. You will be sent a Tracking notification by email for you to track your parcel when it leaves VPW Australia. Please always check your Junk/Spam folders of your email for this notification if it is not delivered to your Inbox. The Current delivery window for normal sized parcels is 3 to 7 Business Days. For large or bulky orders, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team with your final freight charges. RETURNSWe are happy to exchange any product purchased Online as long as the product is returned in its original condition (unopened and unmarked packaging), and is accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of a tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip. Delivery charges are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to the store at the customer's own cost. Thu, 02 Jan 20142014 VW Passat Executive and Executive Style revealed Volkswagen has decided that buyers of the Passat – not exactly the best-selling car in the VW range – want some extra toys on their new Passat, so they’re introducing two new trim levels for 2014. The new trim levels – executive and Executive Style – sit above the entry-level Passat S and BlueMotion and bring extra goodies for not a lot more money than the Highline trim it replaces. The Passat executive comes with 17″ Michigan alloys, extra chrome, matt black roof rails (on the Estate), VW’s RNS 315 touchscreen SatNav, Vienna leather, heated front seats, electric driver’s seat, Climate, auto lights and wipers, Cruise and rear parking sensors.

The winner will be voted for by 59 of Europe's most influential motoring journalists, including two CAR writers: editor Phil McNamara and European editor Georg Kacher. The 2010 winner - by just 10 points ahead of the Toyota iQ - was the Volkswagen Polo. Like the Eurovision Song Contest, Car of the Year has proved controversial in the past with accusations of block-voting and blind patriotism, yet the award remains one of the most prestigious in the motor industry.
