“From the limited research we were able to do, we believe these speakers will fit Nissan Infiniti or Nissan 350Z model cars made between 03 and 08 and were designed to be placed in the front doors. Please reference the model numbers shown in the photos to make sure they will fit. We don't have the means to fully test these speakers but they seem to be complete without damage to the cones or surrounds so you shouldn't have any problems but since we weren't able to fully test these speakers, we are selling them as is!”

The Mazda Kaan concept has won the fifth annual LA Design Challenge competition, part of the Design Los Angeles automobile designer's conference. The award was presented during the second press day of the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show, following a designers' luncheon and keynote speech by Daniel Simon, visionary futurist and author of Cosmic Motors. As we reported last month, nine local Southern California design studios entered the competition to envisage how motor sport vehicles might be in the year 2025, answering the theme ‘Motorsports 2025'.

There's no denying Peter Schreyer has been instrumental in turning around Kia's image from a manufacturer of wheeled white goods in a creator of design-led products. Now his attention turns to sister company Hyundai in his role as chief design officer for both companies and his plans are no less ambitious. "More than a designer of products I wish to be an architect of Hyundai's brand image," he told an audience at Hyundai's European headquarters, explaining how his job is not simply 'styling' but communicating the brand's message right down to details such as the seatbelt warning buzzer.
