What I'm Selling

I recently removed this unit from my 2006 Mazda MX5 GT, and it's in perfect working condition.

If you have a 2006 or later Mazda MX5 non-GT unit, then this would be a GREAT upgrade for your sound system. It is 100% original, stock Mazda.  The center faceplate that says "BOSE" on it has one small hole that was drilled to accommodate a wire for a Parrot Bluetooth hands-free kit.  That is the ONLY 'mod' that was made, and it's totally cosmetic.

Since I'm not a Mazda technician, I can't provide a lot of technical details.  Please do your own reading and homework to make sure this will work in your specific year/model MX5 / Miata.
I CAN'T guarantee that it will work in YOUR specific auto, so PLEASE do your homework before bidding.

What I CAN guarantee is the following:

  • it worked PERFECTLY in my 2006 MX5 GT
  • part # "NE61 66 9R0B"
  • the bezel for the unit comes with it, and it's in perfect physical/cosmetic condition. It has only the small drill hole that's described above
  • it will play single CD's
  • it can be completely controlled by the steering wheel audio control buttons
  • it can accommodate satellite radio and external MP3 and audio devices, although obviously you need to get your own devices and connectors (that plug into the back of the head unit).

You can buy one of these units

  • from Mazda for about $800 - $1000
  • from OEM parts providers for about $600 - $850
  • or from ME, for a h**l of a lot less.

Check for yourself by Googling "ne61  66 9R0B"

My Money Back Guarantee

If the item isn't exactly as pictured and described, I will refund your FULL payment, including shipping.

If you change your mind, or if it does not work in your car, I will refund your payment, LESS the shipping cost.

In either case, all I ask is that you:

  • contact me BEFORE returning the unit.  I will provide you with a Return Authorization Number
  • ship the unit back to me at your expense in the same condition as you received it - no dents, scratches, cracks, damage of any kind

Questions?

Please contact me BEFORE you bid, and I'll get back to you ASAP.
