Bottom Line Tractions PREMIUM SERIES carbide wearbars
feature the AGGRESSOR 75 degree controlling. The AGGRESSOR carbide gives you
longer wear than any other carbide wearbar on the market. The cross section of
the AGGRESSOR carbide insert is larger than other commonly used carbide inserts
on the market. More carbide equals
longer wear. Also, the PREMIUM SERIES
host bar is 7/16” high carbon steel with a flat top to prevent “bar roll” when
cornering. This feature keeps the
carbide square to the ground for the best traction and safety. For prolonged
bar wear, flat carbide wearpads are place in front and behind the controlling
carbide. The result is the PREMIUM
SERIES wearbar with the AGGRESSOR 75 degree carbide stays sharper longer giving
you more control and longer wear. This
is simply the best all around wearbar on the market. Sat, 24 May 2014The Audi S7 (pictured) and A7 get a tweak or two for 2015 It’s four years since the Audi A7 arrived (and its more powerful sibling – the Audi S7 – arrived a month or so later), so it’s time for a tweak or two for Audi’s five-door swoopy coupe. The cosmetic changes for the A7 and S7 are not exactly overwhelming, with a new single frame grill at the front, new bumpers, new tailpipes and new lights. The usual facelift fodder.
Bentley & Audi to share new V8 – the end of the W12?
Sat, 09 Oct 2010The Bentley Continental GT V8 will share an engine with Audi When we reported on the reveal of the new 2011 Bentley Continental GT, we noted that Bentley had plans to launch a V8 version of the Conti sometime next year. What we didn’t get was too much information from Bentley on the new V8, except the little nugget that the V8 going in to the Bentley would be Audi sourced. Which makes sense.
Ford Ka
Thu, 31 Jul 2008These are the first images of the all-new Ford Ka, set to be unveiled at the forthcoming Paris Motor Show in October. This is the first redesign since the original Ford Ka - widely considered to be an automotive design icon - was launched at the 1996 Paris Motor Show. Back then, the Ka was praised for its 'New Edge' styling, helping Ford sell 1.4 million vehicles over its 12-year life.
