Happy Anniversary: delivery-mileage Lamborghini Countach for sale
Tue, 21 Jan 2014Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes a delivery mileage Lamborghini Countach that has been sat 'resting' in a storage facility since April 1990. And although it would be rather amusing to report the supercar had been discovered during an episode of Storage Wars, the reality is a little different. Ford Mustang Boss 302 gets track mode
Thu, 11 Nov 2010Getting the upcoming 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 ready for track duty can be as simple as using the correct key. Ford on Thursday said it will offer a TracKey option for the Mustang Boss 302, which goes on sale next spring. Starting the car with the red-colored TracKey prompts the powertrain control module to a separate, more-aggressive set of software--changing more than 200 settings from street mode.
MINI John Cooper Works Paceman: The hot MINI Countryman Coupe arrives
Thu, 13 Dec 2012The new MINI Paceman has been given a range-topping model in the guise of the 140mph MINI John Cooper Works Paceman. Debuts at Detroit 2013. The Paceman JCW gets a convincing setup, with the same 1.6 litre 216bhp 1.6 litre as the Countryman JCW which delivers 207lb/ft of torque – and an extra 14lb/ft from an overboost – enough to send the Paceman JCW to 62mph in 6.9 seconds and on to 140mph (139mph in the auto, not that it matters as performance is the same otherwise).
