Return policy details:Return Policy updated 9/23/12 Because our policies on items we sell are greater than that of ebay and paypal we cannot see a situation where we could get negative feedback SO PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANY THING IS WRONG. We will exchange, fix, replace or repair anything we make and on items we sell made by others, if it is faulty, damaged or not described correctly we will also pay shipping BOTH ways. FIND ANOTHER SELLER THAT DOES THAT. Please note that our refund is based on the same method used to ship it to you so do not send it back by overnight air and expect us to pay. Send it back the same way we sent it out. In all cases returns will be accepted for up to 30 days after you receive your item and in some cases even longer if we can help you out. If it is a simple return because you decided you do not want it or purchased the wrong length, model, color, year, size, material or so on then we would expect YOU to pay the return and our original actual shipping costs. If it has anything to do with the product being faulty or not described correctly then we will pay the return and or replacement shipping. Returns on items listed with free shipping will be figured on actual shipping costs because we do not make money on shipping, so your returned amount would be the purchase price less the original shipping costs. There will sometimes be (has never been done to date) a $3 restocking and handling fee for those who buy more than they need to try out which way works best for them and then want us to lose money on the shipping and handling costs. We will and always do work very hard to make sure you get what you NEED not what we sell, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS ASK. PLEASE remember that we cannot tell you what you need, it is up to YOU as the do-it-yourselfer to find out all relevant information before you buy. We CAN AND WILL make any and all adjustments we can to suite your needs. To ensure our customers’ needs are always met we will leave feedback right after we receive yours so we know that you are fully satisfied with the products you bought. Thank you from all of us at 4RCUSTOMSCYCCLEPARTS
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
WE SHIP USPS BECAUSE IT IS FAR CHEAPER THAN OTHER METHODS (ABOUT $9 CHEAPER). DUE TO RECENT CHANGES IN THE USPS SOME PACKAGES ARE TAKING UP TO 35 DAYS TO ARRIVE. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WE CAN ONLY TRACK IT WHILE IT IS IN THE USA. WE HAVE ONLY LOST 1 PACKAGE OUT OF THE LAST 14,000 SO THEY ARE GOOD JUST NOT FAST. BECAUSE OF THIS OUR RETUN POLICY ON ANY ITEM SAID TO HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED IS 40 DAYS. IF THIS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAN PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE ITEM. SORRY BUT SHIPPING IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. The Detroit Motor Show will see Chrysler unveil its 2011 300. Whilst benefiting from an extensive exterior refresh, the platform on which it is based remains unchanged, meaning that this 2011 model is little more than a face-lifted variant of the car that joined us in 2004. The exterior of the 300 loses some of its forbearer's sinister styling; its imposing face has been substituted in favor of a softer, more rounded style, intersected only by the muscular wheel arches.

The Vauxhall Adam – Vauxhall’s new city car – has been revealed and will go on sale in January 2013 with a range of small petrol engines. It was clear when we revealed the Vauxhall Adam last week (well, its German sibling, the Opel Adam, anyway) on its first holiday in Spain to grab some pretty pictures that the official reveal would be close. And here it is.
