Renault Koleos (2008): first official pictures

Mon, 11 Feb 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 11 February 2008 10:01 Renault’s first proper 4x4 is here. After the disappointment of Scenics clad in black 'off-road' plastic, we finally have the Koleos SUV, unveiled today. Wed, 12 Jan 2011

Rolls Royce Phantom Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary Collection We’re rather hoping Rolls Royce will stick to convention and not plaster the name of this limited edition Rolls Royce Phantom across the boot lid, because even the Rolls Royce Phantom would struggle to accommodate ‘Rolls Royce Phantom Spirit of Ecstasy Centenary Collection‘ in  chromed lettering. Rolls Royce are producing a run of 100 Phantoms to celebrate the centenary of the Spirit of Ecstasy, incorporating a suite of features inspired by Ecstasy and offering exclusive paint jobs, veneers and leather.

Fisker Automotive lays off some workers as government reworks loan

Mon, 06 Feb 2012

Work on the Fisker Nina family sedan has temporarily halted at the Fisker Automotive plant in Wilmington, Del., while the carmaker and the federal government hash out details of the company's $529 million Department of Energy loan. The interruption has resulted in the layoff of 26 people at its Delaware plant and a number of contract engineers at Fisker's Anaheim, Calif., headquarters. Fisker Automotive said some of the engineering-staff reductions in Anaheim were already planned to occur in between development of the Karma and the Nina.
