A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:
This is a family owned business for several years now. I sell on ebay under two different seller names of gto-mopar and rareautoparts. I have thousands and thousands of NOS and NORS parts for American cars and trucks from 1920 - 1990's. I especially have a lot of 1930’s thru 1950’s parts. This is not a business I operate from a shelf of parts stuck in the corner of my garage like many sellers. I have a large warehouse of parts. I have a lot of time and money invested and started by buying a large amount of the inventory of a 30 year old obsolete parts business. I have also bought old stock from many places including an old Ford Dealership that went out of business back around 1996. I try very hard to be professional, honest, and competitive. I especially try very hard to provide good customer service which seems to have gone by the wayside these days for many businesses. I hope to be in business many years to come. I want you to have confidence when you buy from me that you will be treated good and not have to worry. I suggest you set me up as a favorite seller so you are notified when I list something. I appreciate your business and Thank You for bidding on my parts.

“Have a great day”

It's (almost) alive: General Motors and NASA develop a humanlike robot for the International Space Station

Wed, 14 Apr 2010

General Motors and NASA have teamed up to develop Robonaut 2, which will be the first humanlike robot to take up permanent residence on the International Space Station. Known as R2, the 300-pound robot will use its “hands” and “arms” to utilize the tools of the station. It will assist astronauts, which GM says has parallels with helping its workers in factories.

Disabled motorsport marshal sets new mobility scooter record

Tue, 20 May 2014

A DISABLED motorsport marshal who lost a leg in a terrible accident at the 2000 Goodwood Festival of Speed has set a new world record – on a mobility scooter with punctured tyres. Steve Tarrant, who made a determined recovery and continues to marshal at national and international levels, returned to a dedicated course at Goodwood for the gruelling record attempt in aid of a cancer charity. His effort, after 24 hours and stops only for battery changes on his TGA Breeze S4 GT mobility scooter, he smashed the previous record of 170.63 miles by almost 20, clocking up 190.2 miles.
