Purchases:

Due to the increase in buyers "changing their mind" we will no longer cancel transactions for this reason. When you purchase an item off Ebay it is a binding contract and will be treated as such. We will make exceptions for certain circumstances but in most cases you will be expectted to uphold your side of the contract.

Time Frame of Payment:

You have 4 days from the time of your purchase to pay for an item(s). If a payment is not received within that time frame a non paying bidder case will be opened

Combined Shipping:

We are happy to combine shipping. You have 4 days from the time of first item purchased to order more items from us and pay for them all. If purchases are not paid for within the 4 day time frame each shipping charge per item will be owed. Please do not email asking for a total owed with shipping. We will give you the total for shipping only if those type emails are received.

If you have any questions about an order or need it within a certain time frame please email us through ebay prior to your purchase/bid on the item. We do our best to answer in a timely fashion.

Returns:

We do accept returns on new/unused merchandise. You have 14 days from time order has arrived to contact us about a return. If 14 days passes we will not accept a return. Our return policy is as stated: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise and shipping is non refundable (no exceptions). We do not reimburse your shipping cost for the return of the merchandise. Items need to be in the exact same condition that they arrived in. Items that have been used or "tried out" will not be eligible for return. You must email prior to returning for an authorization code that should be written on the outside of the package. If this is not done the item will be refused and returned back to you.
