This is a brand new 1979 British Seagull Model 110 5+ hp. It is in its original shipping carton.  As you can see from the photos the shipping carton is showing its age. Included is the owners manual and introduction letter from British Seagull. The Model 110 has a recoil starter, forward / reverse and uses a 25/1 oil to gas mixture.
The original owner died before he used the outboard. His widow gave it to a family friend who never used it. When he turned 90 he gave the engine to an acquaintance of mine who kept it in his garage for years.

They'll be petrol-powered only, and just in saloon form for now, but don't get too excited if you're a UK customer: Jaguar has no plans to bring the all-paw big cats over here any time soon.
