These are brand new by a maker unknown to me, as found in their bubble wrap, two have Quality Inspector stickers. Molded on the inside is the following information: "F C10250 S105-01" and there are three production "clocks". On one the arrows are pointing as follows: 05 out of 06, 5 out of 12 and 20 out of 30. My guess is the date May 20, 2005. I found just one f these offered on the internet. Pilgreen Wholesale Wheels and Tires had a used one with scratches. It sold for $24.99 plus shipping. They have no more. I am including a nominal shipping charge with these. Buy all four and I will refund the shipping. I am also providing FREE TRACKING in the USA.
