About This Item: This item is the well known and well respected Delphi Xm Satellite radio. This set is a combination of the head unit and FM Adpator. This set is perfect for a new installation and is literally factory sealed. So please review the photos and ask any questions you might have. Shipping and Payment: Let me begin by saying all items are open for local pick up free of shipping charges if you wish to compromise on a place to meet and time. I work a full time job so all items purchased prior to 8 PM eastern are shipped the following day, if purchased later then this time it will be shipped on the second business day. I make sure to ship the item in a cardboard box that is well packaged to ensure your item is subject to no movement inside the box during shipment. Larger items that are in their original boxes with factory safety packing and are sealed are shipped with just an address taped on them unless specifically asked to place item in a separate box for shipping. Ford brings stop/start system to U.S.
Mon, 27 Dec 2010Ford will equip many of its U.S. cars and SUVs with stop/start technology, beginning in 2012, which automatically shuts down the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop, cutting down on fuel use and emissions. The technology, which Ford calls Auto Start-Stop, will be available with either manual or automatic transmissions.

VW developing 10-speed transmission to save fuel
Thu, 02 May 2013Volkswagen is developing a 10-speed dual-clutch transmission to help reduce fuel consumption in its vehicles, CEO Martin Winterkorn said. The transmission is one of a number of drivetrain technologies that the automaker is focusing on for the mid- and long term, he said. Others include plug-in hybrids and a high performance diesel engine.
