At high speed, a rear spoiler prevents airflow separation, drag and instability. Most people never drive their cars fast enough to get these benefits, but the appearance of the spoiler on the trunk lid makes the message loud and clear: My car can go that fast if I want to! That's why a rear spoiler is usually found on factory performance cars, it gives the impression of speed even when the car's parked.

Now you can give your car the image of speed with the Ans Factory Style Rear Spoiler. This spoiler is made from high quality material, and designed to be similar to the OEM part, for perfect fit and finish. It also includes a 3rd brake light for increased safety. Comes with all necessary mounting hardware and comprehensive instructions.

And although it can be ordered unpainted, we strongly encourage you to select the painted option. Our computerized paint mixing system enables us to guarantee that your spoiler will match your factory paint, and it’s unlikely that a local body shop will be able to paint your spoiler for less than the price difference.

By Phil McNamara Motor Shows 28 September 2006 09:48 Chevrolet Ultra: the lowdown Hidden beneath the WTCC Ultra's wild touring car looks is Chevrolet's 2008 Ford Focus rival. Although the muscular bodykit, ultra-wide track, funky graphics and slitty rear window will all be toned down for production, 'you won’t miss the connection when the production car arrives,' a GM insider told CAR Online.

Lexus LF-A still on the cards

Thu, 01 Jan 2009

With the car world in turmoil, and buyers running scared of high performance cars, most of the car makers around the world are shelving their high-end projects until things settle down. Honda has announced that it has put its NSX replacement on ice (although it is apparently still going to show it at Detroit) and other manufacturers are concentrating on their frugal products. But Toyota is taking a different tack.

Exclusive First Sight: Pininfarina Sergio concept

Tue, 05 Mar 2013

Upon receiving the call from Pininfarina's PR man, asking if Car Design News would like to head to Torino for a preview of its latest concept car (not a hard offer to accept), we had no other information than its name – Sergio – and an abstract teaser shot of a detail. Driving through lovely, crumbly Turin, and out into the zona industriale towards Pininfaina's Cambiano base, the fear strikes: what if the car's a disappointment? What if it's simply some unremarkable supermini – maybe even an electric one?
