Study finds customer satisfaction up slightly

U.S. customer satisfaction with vehicles industrywide has increased slightly, fueled by gains among Asian and European automakers, according to an annual report released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index on Tuesday. Overall satisfaction with the auto industry climbed 1.2 percent from 2010 to 83.

Jaguar to sculpt C-X16 clay model live in London

Jaguar is set to send a team of its clay modelers out to Clerkenwell Design Week to work on a full-size model of its C-X16 concept car in a display of the skills involved in sculpting and vehicle design. Julian Thomson, Advanced Design Director, Jaguar, said: "Jaguar is one of the most technologically advanced companies in the field of product development but we still believe in the sense of artistry.
