Shipping

• We ship via UPS or USPS.
• We only ship to the confirmed address in the buyer's PayPal account. The buyer's PayPal account must meet the Seller Protection Policy.
• All prices for the items and shipping costs are listed as is and are non-negotiable.
• All orders ship same day if placed before 3 pm EST Monday-Friday!! Any orders placed Monday-Friday after 3 pm EST, Weekends, and or Holidays will be shipped the following business day.
• Once the package is with UPS or USPS, we cannot control the delivery process. A shipping confirmation number is provided with every order for you to track your own package. 
• To obtain more information on UPS or USPS tracking and delivery, you must contact them directly. The most we can do is refer you to the tracking confirmation number provided with your order which will give you a delivery record.
• International orders take longer than regular orders and it may take several days to several weeks for it to arrive once shipped.
• We cannot control or keep track of shipment records for other countries customs office. It is your responsibility to understand the shipping process and customs regulations and costs for your order. 

Payment

• Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date
• We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment is not received within this time frame
• We do not accept payments with unconfirmed addresses
• If your payment was rejected due to an unconfirmed address, a new payment must be received within seven (7) days of the purchase date
• Failure to send payment with a confirmed address within seven (7) days of the purchase date will result in a Non-Pay Bidder alert filed with EBay to cover the closing fees of the auction
