The cover is a solid brass CASTING and has shape irregularities, casting flaws and imperfections

Includes a CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum backplate with bell-mouthed inlet and great flow characteristics

This kit includes the solid brass cover, filter, gasket, mounting screws, and back plate (see last picture for all included)

Foam filter element designed to run dry ~ gently wash in mild soap and water for long life

This kit does not address the head breathers, but there is room on the backplate to drill for adding a 1/8" NPT hose barb (not included) to route the breathers thru the rear of the backplate
