SFI APPROVED 2 YEARS The SFI and FIA rating these harnesses have been given signifies that they have been tested and proven to be safe for use in the most demanding racing conditions. If your sanctioning body conducts safety inspections, you must make sure your equipment is compliant. SFI-rated harnesses can be used for up to two years after their manufacturing date, while FIA harnesses can be used for up to five. Our 5 point harnesses are SFI approved, while our 6 point harnesses are FIA approved. Regardless, before making your purchase, please make sure to check the safety requirements of your specific local sanctioning body.
5 POINT HARNESS In addition to the actual harnesses, you must also make sure to equip your race vehicle with the appropriate supporting hardware for your harness. For most this means either a roll bar or roll cage and fixed bucket seats. If your vehicle lacks either of these it might be a bad idea to install harnesses. Audi takes a dig at BMW, Lexus & Mercedes in new video commercials We’ve had a little spat between Jaguar and Mercedes recently over Mercedes’ Chicken Magic Body Control, with Jaguar’s Big Cat eating Mercedes MBC Chicken and now, ahead of what seems a likely airing in the Super Bowl advert slots, Audi is taking a pop at everyone. Audi are bigging-up the Audi A3 saloon ahead of its arrival in the USA with a quartet of commercials demonstrating the regret buyers have if they’ve already opted for a Mercedes, BMW or Lexus. We get a video on ‘Luxury Car Abstinence’, one of ‘Shame’, one on Buyer’s Remorse’ and one on ‘Lessons’ with the theme being that you should save yourself for the best – the Audi A3 Saloon – and not bother with the also-rans.

Our new spyshots reveal the sliding doors on next year's C-Max, which will improve practicality for families and parents armed with buggies and carry cots. Sources suggest that the sliding doors will be reserved for a longer wheelbase seven-seater C-Max, leaving the regular car with conventional doors and five seats.

The Skoda Vision C Concept could be heading for production as an Octavia Coupe The rise and rise of Skoda since it was a Soviet skip maker has been dramatic under the banner of the VW Group, and many of its cars are the pick of the VW Group offerings. But now Skoda look to be heading in a new design direction which looks set to produce far more stylish and dramatic cars than they have to date – just like this Skoda Vision C Concept. The VisionC – seen in the design sketch from Skoda above – is a swoopy five-door coupe with a low roofline, shallow glass area and a steeply-raked windscreen; it looks like a Skoda take on the VW CC or Mercedes CLA.
