1. DOWNSHIFT MOTORING products require professional installation, we are not responsible for installation. If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible for the refund unless damaged was caused by installation instructions that we or the product provided.
2. If your item is damaged or defective upon receiving, we will pay for your return/exchange and we will be responsible to ship you your new item.
3. You may return/exchange any unopened products in resellable condition, we do not pay for shipping. After we rece ive the package, if product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued.
4. All return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.
5. All returns due to buyer's mistake will be charge a 15% restocking fee.
6. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase. (Unless special warranty or policy is stated in item description)
