Brodix B1 BS Big Block Mopar Cylinder Head PN 3180001

The B1 BS is available in two different versions, out-of-the-box and 100% CNC ported. These versions offer a 90-120 hp gain over their cast iron competitors. The out-of-the-box version has bowls blended, intake ports matched, and a multi-angle valve job. The 100% CNC ported version is completely ported and contoured to assure maximum airflow and velocity. The B1 BS is absolutely the best buy for Mopar racers who would like to replace their cast iron heads and add horsepower. Some special parts such as rockers, head studs, and longer pushrods must be used. This one here is the out of the box version that does not have any CNC Porting. The price in the buy it now is for 1 single bare head, if you need a pair please choose qty 2.

Ford MyKey system now limits cell phone use for teens

Thu, 27 Oct 2011

Ford's MyKey system has been able to limit speeds and audio volume to improve teen-driver safety. Now, new technology will allow the system to limit cell phone use as well. Launching on the 2012 Ford Explorer, the new technology means that, when hooked up to Sync, the teen's phone will send calls to voicemail and save texts for later reading, but drivers can still make voice-activated outgoing calls.

How will you get to work in the year 2030?

Wed, 08 Oct 2014

Imagine a future where New Jersey adopts mass public transit and on-demand jitneys; Boston becomes hyper-dense and walking becomes the primary means of transport; Atlanta disperses even further and relies on solar power, electric cars and Google connected technologies to manage mobility; and Los Angeles tries autonomous cars, but finds the transition difficult, and its gridlock even worse. These are the scenarios proposed in a new study by New York University's Rudin Center for Transport Policy and Management. The report, which proposes scenarios rather than making predictions about the future of transportation in the US, repeatedly points to connected car technologies, autonomous cars and logistics networks as driving forces in regional mobility solutions.

Aston Martin may have already revealed the new Vanquish and the V12 Vanquish Roadster, but they’re still playing at the Nurburgring. For a small company with limited resources, Aston Martin is doing very well on the new model front. First we had the launch of a new car with an old name – the new Aston Martin Vanquish – followed earlier this month by the official reveal of the soft-top V12 Vantage – the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster.
