HERE WE HAVE A VERY NICE HEAVY BRONZE RUDDER. NO MAKERS MARK THAT I CAN SEE. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS FROM, BUT PROBABLY FITS A NUMBER OF SMALL VESSELS. WEIGHS 14 POUNDS. IT MAY HAVE BEEN USED, BUT HAS ALMOST NO DINGS. THERE IS A TINY SPOT OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE TAR. REALLY BEAUTIFUL, AND I AM SURE, HIGHLY DESIRABLE FOR THE RESTORATIONIST. THE TOP OF THE SHAFT IS SQUARED OFF TO 1" X 1".  HAPPY SAILING!!!

This is the new, third generation BMW X5, the biggest-selling SUV in its segment with over 1.3 million sold since the first was launched in 1999. While the previous versions have sat more in the high-riding wagon space (BMW prefers to call them Sports Activity Vehicles), this latest F15 model appears to have shifted closer to a more traditional SUV, appearing taller and less ‘squat', certainly than the car it replaces. This is partly due to the DLO, which dips down behind the A-pillar, creating a deep window.

FORGET run-flat tyres – soon we'll be driving on un-puncturable tyres with no air in them at all. Tyre maker Bridgestone has announced plans to have its AirFree concept tyre installed on road-going cars within three to five years. The company made the announcement at a special event at its headquarters in Tokyo.
