For sale a pair of machined pieces of steel to extend the swingarm length of your BSA B44 Victor or smiliar framed C15 and B40. With these installed you will have the swingarm lengthened 1 1/2". Our vintage mx team built and raced several BSAs back in the 1990s using these which improved handling. This pair of pieces is left over and were never installed. You will need an expert welder to install these properly on your swingarm. Once installed the swingarm will need to be reinforced/braced. Keep in mind with an 1 1/2" longer swingarm this will also require a longer chain, brake rod, and the rear shocks may need to be set up differently (not the shock mounts but the shocks themselves). The bike pictured is the remaining BSA still owned which has this modification.
The motorcycle pictured is not for sale nor is it included in the auction. The only thing for sale is two pieces of machined steel pictured with the tape measure.

Mon, 11 Nov 2013Volkswagen is debuting a new engine in its U.S. lineup, a 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged and direct-injected TSI engine known internally as EA888, and the first car to receive it will be the 2014 Volkswagen Passat. The Passat will stay the same on the outside for the 2014 model year, but the new 1.8-liter engine promises to deliver as much power as the outgoing 2.5-liter engine it is replacing, 170 hp, while gaining seven more lb-ft of torque for a total of 184 lb-ft.
Volvo offers 250 Polestar Limited Edition C30s for U.S.
Wed, 12 Sep 2012The 2013 Volvo C30 Polestar Limited Edition will be available in the United States in limited numbers for a sticker price of $32,445, including $895 in destination. The 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine receives an upgrade of 23 hp and 37 lb-ft of torque, leading to a total output of 250 hp and 273 lb-ft. Volvo says the power boost comes from increasing airflow into the combustion chambers and advancing spark timing.
Bedford Autodrome to get Ariel Atoms for 2012
Thu, 15 Dec 2011Corporate track-days at the Bedford Autodrome will get lairier in 2012 - Somerset-based Ariel has announced it’ll supply ten cars for the PalmerSport track-day events next year. Stopping short of the unhinged Atom V8, the PalmerSport-spec cars get the normally aspirated 245bhp Civic Type-R engine, and some key changes to set it aside from the Joe-Public Atom. The Palmer-spec car will get a Sadev paddle-shift sequential gearbox, which swaps ratios in 60 milliseconds, whilst some choice chassis mods optimise the Atom for its full-time track-toy brief.
