Bsa Rear Qd Type Brake Drum & Plate on 2040-parts.com
Maple Falls, Washington, US
Has the larger center hole, near 1", as on later A50/A65.Good pivot cam, no spring or arm. Plate isn't bent or gouged, some scratches, should clean up with sand & polish. #68-6130 cast in.Finned Drum has been blasted, still needs cleaning, light grooves in drum, most will sand out, I think. Decent sprocket and bolts. Bearing is tight, probably has blasting media in there. Good looking drive splines. The used one shows some wear at the mounting slot but not enough to matter, still sound. Not bent at all. Other is new with good paint. I look over these parts very closely, often cleaning to find any flaws that help provide an accurate description. I'm no expert in all things motorcycle but frequently refer to what resources I have available to help identify. Know what you're buying, ask questions about measurements or other specifics. If a part appears unusable I throw it away, if it looks like it needs repair I say so. I'm not out to cheat anybody, I don't need the aggravation. I know what buying on ebay is all about, I've done lots.I pack carefully, use lots of tape, and try to ship promptly. Bid with confidence. I combine shipping when possible, but please wait for a combined shipping invoice. I use priority mail flat rate boxes whenever possible. I frequently refund excess shipping. Always willing to ship internationally, 5.00 added to shipping cost. Canada is cheaper than quoted price, wait for invoice. Please don't ask to falsify customs forms. The cost ot international shipping has increased recently, nothing I can do about that.
If there is a problem with a part I sell I will offer an immediate refund, please don't feel the need to leave negative feedback. Thank you.

VW BlueSport Concept moves nearer to reality
Mon, 19 Jan 2009We reported last week on the VW BlueSport Concept, a relatively economical 2 seat roadster, which VW unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show. We said then that if we were VW we’d be pressing the start button as soon as possible, and reports seem to indicate that that is exactly what VW are hoping to do. The secret to the success of the BlueSport will be the ability of the VW Group as a whole to find three platforms within its setup that can produce viable models based on the BlueSport Concept.
CAR top 10: the 10 best cars with three seats
Thu, 05 Jun 2014By Chris Chilton Motor Industry 05 June 2014 17:15 Did anybody ever achieve greatness merely by re-arranging the chairs? Maybe not, but this lot gave it a good go. World’s most famous three-seater’s central driving position was claimed to offer perfect weight distribution, but Gordon Murray’s main-frame brain must have calculated that he could save hours giving demo rides to all his friends and neighbours if he installed an extra chair.
Spyker Supercar & Spyker ’911′ at Geneva 2013
Wed, 06 Feb 2013It seems that Victor Muller is planning not just a Spyker ’911′ for Geneva, but a Spyker ‘Supercar’ with oodles of power too. We discovered last year that Victor Muller has picked up the reins at Spyker once more, dragged in some investment from China and was working on the return of the Spyker D8 Peking-Paris super SUV (that started life as the D12). But, as this is Victor Muller, there are more grandiose plans in play.
