General Motors buys Suzuki's stake in Canadian assembly plant

General Motors and Suzuki Motor Corp. are ending their CAMI joint assembly operation in Canada, with Suzuki selling its 50 percent stake to GM in a move that severs another tie between the partners. Neither company disclosed the timing or pricing of the sale, which was announced Friday.

The new Noble M600 caught testing in the UK and almost ready to launch Next up for Noble is the M600, which signifies a big leap in target market. The Noble M600 is heading where Lotus did a generation ago with the Esprit – aiming to take on the ‘Big-Boys’. The M600 was out testing in Arizona last year in the company of a Porsche Carrera GT, which indicates just how high Noble is aiming.

Fisker's Project Nina teased ahead of the New York Auto Show The ‘Project Nina’ from Fisker – a smaller take on the Karma – will debut at the New York Motor Show in April. It’s taken a very long time for Henrik Fisker to get the Karma out to the public, and even then it looks like it still wasn’t really ready to go, with reports of faults and breakdowns already starting to filter in from the handful of Karma owners. But the next stage of Fisker’s evolution in to a fully fledged maker of range-extending EVs is ‘Project Nina’, a smaller car that the Fisker – thing 3 Series – which has been funded to a great degree by the US taxpayer.
