The new Ferrari California T gets its UK debut Ferrari’s entry-level model – the Ferrari California – was not the most loved of Ferrari’s, with Ferrari ‘Anoraks’ proclaiming it a cynical marketing exercise by Ferrari. That didn’t stop the California selling well, but five years on from when the California arrived Ferrari has decided to make the California more focused with the arrival of the new Ferrari California T at the Geneva Motor Show. Ferrari Anoraks still had room to moan, mind you, as the California T eschews the naturally aspirated route and goes turbo for the first time in a Ferrari since the F40.

Cummins works on a 28-mpg diesel with V8 power for pickups

Cummins Inc. is developing a four-cylinder diesel engine aimed at giving full-sized, light-duty pickups the power of a small V-8 and overall fuel economy of 28 mpg. The project began in September using the Nissan Titan pickup, which is being used to test the engine, pickuptruck.com reports.

General Motors, and its Chinese partner SAIC, revealed three two-seat personal mobility concepts in Shanghai today. Called the EN-V – an acronym for Electric Networked-Vehicle – the Xiao (Laugh), Jiao (Pride) and Maio (Magic) models embody different characteristics for future transportation. The Jiao (top image) was designed at GM Europe while the Miao (bottom left) was created at GM's Advanced Design Studio in California, and the Xiao (bottom right) was designed by GM Holden's design team in Australia.
