BUELL FIREBOLT XB9R "FIREBOLT" Up for auction is a USED factory left hand grip / control switch (turn signals, high/low beam, and horn) with attached wiring, mount and clutch lever from a 2004 Buell Firebolt XB9R. Was removed due to a comprehensive upgrade on this motorcycle. This item is in used condition and just needs to find a new home and bike. Item pictured is actual item being sold and the item you will receive. These parts may fit many different models and it serves as an upgrade over your stock part. But please before you bid check with your local Harley Davidson/Buell dealer for proper fitment and to make sure this item will fit your motorcyle!!! Sun, 13 Jan 2013The newly appointed Kia President, Peter Schreyer, has now been made Hyundai President in charge of design too. Peter Schreyer’s success in making Kia a real design force led to him being appointed a Kia President at the end of 2012, handsome reward for the changes he’s wrought at Kia since leaving VW, turning Kia’s range of cars from stodgy to convincing in a few short years. But Kia is the junior partner in the Hyundai-Kia business, so Hyundai are obviously not totally thrilled that Kia managed to snaffle a designer who’s eye manages to so convincingly hit the Zeitgeist firmly on the head.
Whiplash claim legal costs rising
Mon, 04 Nov 2013GOVERNMENT attempts to reduce legal costs from whiplash injury claims seem to be failing. The average legal costs for small, whiplash-like third party injury (TPI) claims now stand at £2,500 per claimant, according to a report by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. The institute said this was a 15% increase since 2010 "when the Ministry of Justice introduced new measures which sought, in part, to contain legal costs".
