Used 1959-1961 Buick 364 or 401 distributor. #1110961 date 1F9. Hollander say this fits: '59 all w/auto trans except Lesabre, '60 all 401 w/auto trans and '61 all 364 & 401. Good condition part, no excessive play in shaft bushings, nice clean breaker cam with no excessive wear, nice lower drive gear, centrifical advance works as it should and even the vacuum advance can holds vacuum. Some rust pitting on outside of housing, plus some lighter rust speckling on some inside parts. Why Ford’s Euro design is changing: Joel Piaskowski replaces Martin Smith

Smith, 64, has led Ford of Europe’s design team for a decade and is the father of the brand’s edgy ‘kinetic design’, but will step down on 1 July 2014, it was announced this afternoon. Before he retires fully at the end of the year Smith will work with the Blue Oval’s vice president of design, Moray Callum, on a global project looking at the future of Ford design.
Audi says U.S. will get clean diesels at a premium
