This is a fully Functioning unit that came off of my dad's 2009 chevy 2500 duramax. IT IS MISSING THE POWER CORD. But that is the only thing lacking. It was working perfectly my dad just pulled it off the truck last week when he pulled in the dealership to trade trucks.
