Once satisfied mail your original cluster to us within 60 days, the refund will be issued within 2 business days after it arrives here. Please do not call us looking for your deposit refund. All deposit refunds requests are done through email only. Email us with the following information: Description of item purchased, date item was purchased, the name on the form of payment used to purchase and the zip code the item was shipped to along with the packages tracking number and a note stating you would like to know when your refund was processed. Please note it takes 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card, depending on how quickly your bank processes it. Payments done with Paypal will be refunded back to your Paypal account. Please sign into your account and look for your refund there. All refunds go back to the original source. The phone number provided is for technical help only. All requests are answered at the end of the day so we have the most updated information after all the deliveries have arrived.
