We have made Cessna covers since 1978 when we made covers and intake plugs
for the AOPA. We have also been a supplier to various OEM and MIL for this same
period.  We have covers in nearly every country where there is private aviation. The
Cessna 182 cover above is in Kenya.

Our fabric is Sunbrella.  I sort of dug myself a hole with Sunbrella.  How do you
tell a customer that got 8 ..some 10 years (see my C-150 listing) out of their prior cover
that you have found a cheaper fabric that looks like Sunbrella?  I have bought
samples of almost all of them but there is always some reason they do not even
feel right.  At my age - I do not have 8 years to see if they measure up and do not
want to waste your time/money to make a couple more bucks.

You will notice that we are not shy about using color. There parts of the U.S. where
Black is out of the question, but areas like Florida, Southern California, the Caribbean, all
have had very dark color covers for years without complaint. They also last longer.
(I do have black covers in CA, MD, CT, NY..even in FL)

The only problem with color is that I do not have all of them in my inventory and yet I
have some at discount, so the price can go up/down depending on color choice.  I suggest you
look at my color list at planecover or ask me directly.

You have to look hard, but aft of the rear edge of the door is where you gain access
to the cabin and join the cover.  Simply drop the panel and open the door.

Aside from 'the fit', we do some things differently from others.  Our belly straps are
more numerous and use large loops of bungie in the center for you to pre-load the
tension on the strap.  We also wrap the leading edge of the wing.  It helps lock the
cover in place - to keep it from rotating in heavy winds.  The last thing you want on
your plane is a loose cover.

Rather than simply hit the Buy button .. please contact us before you order
so we can advise you of the price, time-to-ship and delivery costs if outside
the 48 states. ($52 for international is only a guess)

Thanks for the interest.  Jim Cancil

Infiniti is launching an attack on the posh small saloon market with this, the new Q50. The first Infiniti to use the new Q badging structure, it's designed to grab your attention away from German default choices like the Audi A4 and BMW 3-series. No surprises with the Infiniti Q50's styling then?

Pagani Huayra Roadster still 2 years away

Sun, 27 Apr 2014

The Pagani Huayra Roadster is still 2 years away (Coupe pictured) The Pagani Huayra arrived three years ago as Pagani’s replacement for the Zonda (in fact, is was three years ago in January we exclusively revealed the first ever Huayra photo), and despite assurances from Pagani that a Huayra Roadster would arrive by 2014 there’s still no sign of it. We did have a little moment of anticipation that the Huayra Roadster was on its way when Pagani teased something new for Geneva 2013, but that turned out to be nothing more than a (posh) new set of speakers for the Huayra Coupe. In fact, the Sonus Faber Sound System for the Huayra Roadster is about the only Pagani news on anything new we’ve had in the three years since the Huayra arrived – although there have been plenty of problems for the Huayra along the way.

Porsche 550 Reborn – the Porsche BlueSport?

Sat, 25 Jun 2011

Porsche 550 - Porsche's Bluesport? The whole VW Bluesport saga seems to have been rumbling on forever, but perhaps the latest rumour – that Porsche are about to revive the Porsche 550 – means the pieces of the BlueSport puzzle are now starting, finally, to drop in to place. It’s an interesting proposition,  the VW Bluesport.
