C&L Performance Mass Air Intake System for 86-93 Mustang 5.0

Calibrated for 36 - 38 lb. injectors

Part# 119FC

This auction includes the following brand new items:

  • C&L 76mm Mass Airflow Housing Calibrated for 36 to 38 lb. Injectors
  • C&L 76mm Cast Aluminum Inlet Tube
  • 8" Conical High-Flow Air Filter
  • Blue Hose Couplers
  • Hose Clamps

These parts fit an 89 - 93 Mustang 5.0 with factory mass air, but will also fit 86 - 88 Mustang 5.0 with mass air conversions.

The MAF housing that comes with this system does not have a sensor. You install your stock 89-93 Ford Mustang 5.0L MAF sensor electronics into the C&L 76mm housing. When purchasing this Intake System, the outlet side of the MAF housing is not machined down, like in the picture of the MAF alone. It remains as cast, so you do not need to use any reducing adapter between the MAF and the Inlet Pipe.

The MAF housing is calibrated for 36/38 lb/hr. injectors in a 89-93 Mustang LX/GT 5.0 engine. To recalibrate the MAF for different sized injectors, you can change the sample tube. Different sample tubes are available for 19#, 24#, 30#, 42# and other popular Ford injector sizes.

Note: The Air Filter ships separately, straight from the manufacturer within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Do you need a chip? We offer custom chip tuning services, and can build a custom tune for your computer for this C&L MAF or a stock MAF, any Ford Racing injectors, aftermarket cams, check engine lights, or just about anything else you need. Check my Ebay store for custom chip auctions.

Kia VG Saloon revealed

Thu, 30 Jul 2009

Kia has previewed the Kia VG - a replacement for the Kia Opirus And there are no plans to bring the big, luxury Kia to the UK – at least not yet. Kia would have to shell out a pretty big chunk of change to convert the VG/Opirus to RHD, and at the moment they don’t perceive there would be sufficient demand. But that could change.

VW at Geneva Motor Show: 2010 VW Sharan

Tue, 02 Mar 2010

Volkaswagen has revealed the 2010 VW Sharan at the Geneva Motor Show Last week we reported on VW’s little German tease of the 2010 Sharan on the VW web site in Germany, coyly showing just a partial front end and one wheel. But a week on there’s no such reticence with a full reveal of VW’s big people carrier at Geneva. The last generation of the Sharan shared a platform with Ford’s Galaxy, but the 2010 Volkswagen Sharan is a purely VW venture -based as it is on VW’s flexible MQB platform – and comes complete with the standard fashion accessory for a people carrier of sliding rear doors, and a more flexible seven-seat layout.

A new Mercedes S 63 AMG coming off the production line Last month we finally had the reveal of the new 2014 Mercedes S Class and it’s now started production in Sindelfingen in Germany. Which is what you’d expect. What you wouldn’t expect is that Mercedes would release a video (below) to accompany the news and manage to reveal a car that’s not yet been officially shown – the new Mercedes S 63 AMG – in the process.
