Slow and steady wins the race. Tested to 12,000 trips of the plate with little to no wear, our Troll-N-Go Trolling Plate gets you down to the speed the fish are biting at with one pull on the cable. The patent-pending Troll-N-Go uses spring-loaded cams for positioning, so there is no fear of breaking parts or bent plates if you hit the gas in the down position. Works on outboards and stern drives between 90 and 200hp (not compatible with Volvo Penta outboard series with through-hub exhaust). Designed to trip between 4.5 and 5.2 mph depending on wind, boat size and current for worry-free hole shots out of trolling speeds. Adjusts speed in 0.1-mph increments by using the trim on your motor. Rugged stainless steel and aluminum construction. Hydrofoil fins (sold separately) bolt directly to the trolling-plate mount to get your boat on plane even faster. Thu, 14 Oct 2010Mazda is unveiling its new Mazda BT-50 pick-up at the 2010 Australian International Motor Show this week. As befits a car launched in Oz, the new BT-50 is a lifestyle pick-up or ute aimed as much at the leisure market as brickies. Previously, Mazda had only issued the design sketch above, but today the company issued the first official pictures of its new truck. There's been a gaping hole in Mazda's UK line-up this year as the previous model was on run-out; the BT-50 used to sell in reasonable numbers, but waning sales and shifting tax systems have made the pick-up market shrink and Mazda only sells a few hundred here in a typical year.That's why there are no plans to launch the new BT-50 in the UK – despite it being homologated for Europe.These first official photos show the new BT-50 offers an interpretation of Mazda's family face with the sweeping five-pointed grille and sweptback headlamps.

But scratching beneath the surface reveals that scores of everyday enthusiast rides such as Mustangs, Camaros and even some Corvettes met ignominious endings by having their engines destroyed and their bodies crushed. While it’s likely that many of the nearly 700,000 clunkers turned in actually were at the end of their roads, the final report released by the government reveals the demise of plenty of affordable, likely still-fixable cars that could have been enjoyed by collectors of all ages.
