We pack very well, and have never had a problem with a lost or broken item.

In the unlikely event there is a problem, we may ask your assistance in our claim with the carrier. This might include providing photos of the issue, retaining ALL packing materials and the broken item and possibly bringing item into your local postal office for inspection.

Please note: packing materials are recycled when possible
