I am selling the headlights from my 2004 Cadillac CTS-V.  This auction is for the drivers side.  I have another auction going for the passenger side.  This is the HID headlight with integrated headlight washers.  It comes with the HID bulb and the ballast.  Everything works and all of the mounting tabs are in place.  I started to polish one of the lenses to make sure that they can be salvaged and I believe they can be easily polished.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.
