Returns:

Returned items will have a 20% restocking fee (IT COVERS OUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST TO LIST AND RELIST THE ITEMS)

No returns on open software or laptops

Insurance: If the item you get is damaged in the mail, and the item is insured, you will be responsible to file a claim. (Please do not ship the damaged item back for  it voids the insurance) I will provide you will all the needed information.

NEW:  Never used, comes with everything new, Package might be open just to check content

New other: new, never used, but might be missing box, or have some marks on it

Used: Good working shape

Parts or repair:  Something is wrong with it, sold AS IS, no returns
