Audi lights up for the shortest day

AUDI UK has created a stunning series of low-light photos to celebrate its success this year, just in time for the shortest day of the year. The seven photos use a technique called ‘light painting’, where a stationary object in the dark is lit up by a small hand-held light to selectively brighten areas over a long exposure period to eventually create an unusual-looking end result. To the trained eye it looks like Audi has supplemented the photographer’s torch with static lighting to increase the beauty of the end result, but there’s no doubting their success.

New finance deals for Mercedes

MERCEDES has introduced new finance offers on parts of the A-Class, C-Class and E-Class ranges. The A-Class benefits from three years’ free servicing, as well as low interest PCP finance packages at a rate of 5.5%. Fortunately – for McLaren are a bit stretched non all fronts at the moment – it seems that history isn’t repeating itself with the new McLaren P1 as reports today suggest the P1 is all but sold out. Autocar are reporting there are just a handful of the 375 P1s left to sell, with the P1 allocation for America, the Middle East and Asia already sold out and just a handful of cars left for Europe and other parts of the world.
