Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final Edition confirmed for LA and Tokyo
Fri, 15 Nov 2013Mercedes-Benz has confirmed its SLS AMG supercar will bow out at the 2013 LA and Tokyo Motor Shows with a limited-numbers GT Final Edition. The 350 examples of the SLS AMG GT Final Edition available are said to represent the ‘last opportunity’ for interested buyers to purchase an SLS before it gets pensioned off – perhaps in favour of a newer, smaller AMG-built sports car. On Bing: see pictures of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Final EditionMercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT Coupe review (2013 onwards) Like the numbers, details about the SLS Final Edition are also limited at this stage, with this initial teaser release confirming little more than its motor show debuts.
Daihatsu to debut three Kopen concepts in Tokyo

The blue and orange concepts are the RMZ model – although they feature slight differences – while the green car is the XMZ model. The concepts measure in at 3,395mm long, 1,475mm wide and 1,275mm tall and, like the recently discontinued Copen, fit into the Japanese ‘Kei' light car category.
Mazda Shinari concept car (2010) first official pictures
Wed, 01 Sep 2010Mazda's new design direction is embodied in the new Shinari concept car. Modeled to announce to the world the new styling language of future Mazda road cars, the Shinari ushers in a new look to replace the somewhat tortured Nagare mantra that has fizzled into a damp squib on the sides of the latest Mazda 5 midi-MPV. The Shinari won't be shown at the 2010 Paris motor show (apparently it's being held back for a 2011 Geneva debut), yet this is a landmark concept for Mazda design, under the new leadership of chief design Ikuo Maeda.
