2012 Ferrari California now on video
Mon, 16 Apr 20122012 Ferrari California on video The 2012 Ferrari California is a facelifted and tweaked version of the original California, revealed at the Geneva Motor Show and now on Video. It wouldn’t be a big surprise if the facelift for the Ferrari California had passed you by. Ferrari revealed details of the 2012 facelift for the California in February and debuted it at the Geneva Motor Show in March, but with the new Ferrari F12 bowing in at Geneva the tweaks to the California took a distinct back seat.
Mitsubishi takes its Evo X racing
Tue, 16 Sep 2008By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 16 September 2008 13:22 Mitsubishi is taking its Evo X racing. Working with ADR Motorsport - the team that already builds and runs the two-works Mitsubishis currently competing in the British Rally Championship – Mitsubishi will enter a race-prepped Evolution X into the Britcar Championship.Driven by BTCC regular James Kaye, the Mitsubishi works entry will wear the official red and chrome Ralliart livery and make its public debut at this weekend’s Britcar 24-hour race 'It is anticipated that the engine will develop around 400bhp which, together with the Evo’s four-wheel-drive system and inherently good chassis, should make it a highly-competitive package,' said Kaye. If all goes well, Kaye will contest a full season in the 2009 Britcar Championship series.
Jaguar XFR-S arrives ahead of LA debut
Wed, 28 Nov 2012The Jaguar XFR-S – Jaguar’s most powerful saloon car to date – has leaked out ahead of its debut tonight at the Los Angeles Auto Show. We’re hoping that Jaguar has managed to bestow extra power on the very appealing XFR without wrecking the stuff that makes Jaguar saloons so appealing – the dynamic/ride balance – which, if they have, will make the XFR-S a more appealing bonkers sports saloon than the German offerings. The promise is all there with a new butch front end, a more aggressive body kit, chunks of carbon fibre, a huge rear wing for extra downforce, a new diffuser at the back, stiffer springs, a new rear subframe with stiffer bushes, a tweaked active diff and a tweak of the stability control for more fun.
