Panoz confirms new Abruzzi road car
Mon, 03 May 2010The recurring rumor is now put to rest. Don Panoz, founder of Panoz Auto Development and the American Le Mans Series, said on Monday that the latest Panoz sports car--the Abruzzi “Spirit of Le Mans”--will be formally unveiled in June in France, in the lead-up to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. “We wanted to wait until Le Mans to release official photos of the car, but today we are providing a ‘teaser’ image of the Abruzzi ‘Spirit of Le Mans’ that hints at what the final car will be like,” Panoz said.
Police authorities turning a blind eye to lane hoggers
Thu, 16 Jan 2014REX Features MSN Cars can exclusively reveal that just 13 drivers have been fined for lane hogging on the M25 since new laws were introduced last year – while thousands are still penalised for breaking the speed limit. The news comes following a freedom of information request carried out by MSN to the six police authorities covering London’s orbital motorway, which according to the Department for Transport carries 153,000 vehicles a day. Mercedes CL63 AMG 2011: Official
Sun, 25 Jul 20102011 Mercedes CL63 AMG We had the first leak of the 2011 Mercedes CL AMG last month when we first saw the nips and tucks Mercedes had inflicted on what we thought was about to be renamed the S Class Coupe (which apparently won’t now happen until the next all new car in 2012/2013). That was followed up by the official reveal of the bog standard 2011 Mercedes CL500 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed earlier this month, with leaked photos of both the 2011 CL63 AMG and the CL65 AMG making an appearance a week later. Now we get the official deal from Mercedes on the CL AMG, with release this weekend of proper pictures and detail.
