Shipping Information:

Item will be sent by DHL Shipping company, normally shipment is used to take 1-3 business days (Europe) and 2-5 business days (Africa, Asia, Australia or America) to ship. Rarely there might be a shipping delays up to 3 business days depending on local holidays or "force majeure" situations in countries involved in shipping route.

Item will be sent by local shipping company Latvijas Pasts, it usually takes 7-20 business days (Europe) and 10-30 business days (Africa, Asia, Australia or America) to ship.

Rarely there might be shipping delays up to 10 business depending on local holidays or "force majeure" situations in countries involved in shipping route.

If you don't receive an item and any tracking information update within 40 business days from shipping start date, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
