Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. You have 3 calendar days to report any problem.  Item must be returned and received within 14 calendar days.

After you have reported a problem, please wait for your Authorization Number. We work with multiple suppliers and all of them have a different Return Process, that’s why you must contact us FIRST and you will receive the proper documentation and instructions.

All items must be returned within 3 days after receiving return instructions. After we receive your item, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

RETURNS:
- We offer a 14 day return policy.
- Items must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, including all accessories.
- Any items returned without original packaging, damaged, or opened will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- The reason is that we have to return the product in its best condition to manufacturers or they charge us a 15% restocking fee.
- Please contact us before returning any item and identify your item and problem.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost regardless of situation, because, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement to you for free.
