QAA's Product Warranty

Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all of its stainless steel and chrome trims against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if the product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.

Free Shipping Details

Free Ground Shipping is offered on EVERY product in our store! This applies only to the 48 Contiguous States. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and to all other international countries will be higher.

Domestic Shipping

  • Item(s) will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS within 4 Business days after payment has been received.
  • Item(s) will be shipped to your PayPal confirmed address or credit card confirmed address.

International Shipping

If requesting international shipping, please contact us at (800) 544-1780 before purchasing with your full address for a shipping quote.

We cannot ship to:

  • PO boxes
  • APO's

Payment Information

  • Payment Options: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Payflow. We also accept payments over the phone at (800) 544-1780.
  • Sales Tax: We are required to collect 7.00% sales tax for shipments made within the state of New Jersey.
  • Payments must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction.

Return Policy

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order excluding any custom/special order items. We will exchange any UNUSED item for another item of equal value. Item must be in resalable condition or it will be returned back to you.

Please Note: If you do not think an item will fit, do not install it. We cannot return/exchange installed merchandise. If your item does not seem to fit, please call us at (800) 544-1780 immediately to arrange an exchange or to see if our technicians can help you install your item.

Also, please do not install any defective items. They cannot be returned or exchanged once they are installed.

Returns without an exchange will be subject to a return fee of up to 30% of the purchase price with no return of freight charges. Percentage will be determined on a case by case basis. Exchanges are subject to additional handling and processing fees.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

All returned items MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written on the outside of the package. Please call us at (800) 544-1780 to request an RMA number and we will respond promptly with return instructions. All returned items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days after an RMA number has been issued, or the number will become void. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused immediately at time of delivery. Any products refused upon delivery will also be subject to a return/restocking fee.

Credits

Credits will be issued within 10 business days of the item being received back at our warehouse. We will credit you in the same method of your original payment. Please know that when processing credit card refunds, we can issue them immediately and the amount will clear on our end within 24 hours. However, credit card companies do not update this quickly, and we've seen credits take up to 30 days to return to a customer's account. This will all depend on which credit card company you use.

International Orders

If you are an international customer, all sales are final unless arranged with a customer service representative or the item arrives damaged (if insurance option paid). Please contact customer service for appropriate shipping charges overseas, as our eBay store cannot properly calculate shipping outside of the United States.

Please Note: Some items may not be able to be shipped overseas due to dimensional regulations of the country's postal system.
