wheel, but ONLY if installed correctly.

All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Items returned must be in same condition as when purchased.

NEW	-Brand-new in original packaging.
NOS	-New-Old-Stock, never installed, but may have some shelf wear(i.e. handling marks)
NTO	-Excellent, like new used.
A+	-Refinished or repainted, all wheels are powder-coated to factory specs
A Grade	-Nice, maybe one or two small surface scratches at most.
B Grade	-Average, has some scratches/weathering/peeling paint/small dents, etc.
C Grade	-Bad, could have deep scratches/paint missing/wrong color/dents/cracks/gouges, etc.
No Grade	-A part that has not yet been graded.
