IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING USED AIRBAGS

The VIN of the donor vehicle will be on the receipt!

Airbags must be shipped as HAZMAT ground and NOT via air shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the HAZMAT requirement, we will not authorize the return of any airbags that do not fit a vehicle other than the ones listed in the auction.

For a used airbag to operate properly, a qualified installer must install the used airbag in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

Any used airbag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a used airbag.

LKQ makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of used airbags. ALL USED AIRBAGS ARE SOLD "AS IS".

Used airbags are not tested by LKQ to meet any safety standards. The installer of a used airbag must test whether the used airbag will function properly. The purchaser of a used airbag from LKQ agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of a used airbag.

As Quebec provincial law, if you are a resident of the Province of Quebec Canada you cannot purchase this item from any of our locations. If you bid, you MUST have an address outside of the Province of Quebec. There is no shipping or customer pickup in the Province of Quebec. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule. If you do not follow these rules, we will void your order and issue a UPI, as well as a strike to your eBay account.

We cannot ship Airbags (HAZMAT) to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut and North Territories.

Checkout/Shipping information expected within 3 days of auction close. After 7 days, ANY Unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay AND cancellation.


Most parts come with a 90 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 30 day return period. We always test our parts. It is rare that our parts will not fit or function correctly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we must ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can properly assist you.

Parts Covered by Warranty – in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, LKQ will replace the part or issue a full refund (LKQ’s choice) up to the cost of the part purchased price (no refunds for labor costs), see warranty tab in the listing for more details.

Items NOT Covered by Warranty - For parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will apply: 20% Restocking Fee, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer pays for shipping the part back.

Airbags, seat belts, and tires are sold "AS IS"

Due to limited space at our facilities, we cannot store any item for more than 7 days. Prompt pickup is expected, if this is the option you have chosen.


Expect delivery of your item(s) 4 to 8 business days after full payment is received.

Please allow seller to select delivery method / carrier. It has been our experience that LKQ can provide better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and coordinate freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers very carefully in order to provide the best USA coverage and care for our products. Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay or online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account or use another carrier.
